All my names are Pi. Sugar Pi, American Pi, Kaboom Pi, Guerilla Pi, Spooky Pi, Sneaky Pi, and hundreds more. Most came from my years on Prodigy, where there was a wonderful group of writers and poets who welcomed me among them. On the net, everyone calls me Pi. E-mail
What is Pi?
I'm often asked what is Pi and why have I chosen it
for my web name. Pi is a math symbol and Greek letter. It's the name of the
horse in National Velvet (movie.) American Pi(e) is a wonderful song by Don
McClean, an intense black and white movie (see poster at lower right,) and also the name of a world class racing yacht.
I'm not the horse or
the boat, as you can see from my picture. I'm a gardener, as you can see from
some of these other pictures, a writer, painter, and poet. I've taught math,
art and creative writing. I've done 3D math models for aerospace. By now
you're getting some feel for my affinity for Pi and why I've chosen it at as my
web name.
